Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return/exchange process.
1. Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any usage signs
- Unworn and unwashed
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, accessories, and discounted “final sale” products
- Customized or altered products
3. How to Request a Return
- Email support@ecothread.shop with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product images (clear and showing tag)
- Order number
Once approved, weβll either:
- Arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability), OR
- Request you to self-ship and share the tracking slip.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after quality checks.
- Refund time:
- Prepaid: 5β7 working days to original source
- COD: via UPI/bank transfer (details will be requested)
- Prepaid: 5β7 working days to original source
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchange for:
- Size issues (same product, subject to availability)
- Damaged or wrongly shipped items (reported within 48 hours)
If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
