Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return/exchange process.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Free from perfume, makeup, or any usage signs

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, accessories, and discounted “final sale” products

  • Customized or altered products

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@ecothread.shop with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (clear and showing tag)

Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability), OR

  • Request you to self-ship and share the tracking slip.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after quality checks.

  • Refund time:

    • Prepaid: 5–7 working days to original source

    • COD: via UPI/bank transfer (details will be requested)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchange for:

  • Size issues (same product, subject to availability)

  • Damaged or wrongly shipped items (reported within 48 hours)

If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
